My professional journey began in luxury fashion retail, where I honed expertise in employee experience and culture design and customer-centric product innovation at Nordstrom. Throughout my tenure as a talent manager, I developed agility and adaptability, excelling in high-volume talent management, event planning, operational pivots, and rapid problem-solving—all crucial to navigating evolving business needs. I was consistently recognized as a trusted expert in employee development, and hand-selected to pilot and provide critical feedback on new training and development programs due to my highly effective, growth-focused approach.
